ALEKS – ONLINE MATH RESOURCE (purchased for your child by the school board)

We use this website weekly!  Students should know their login information, but if they have forgotten it, please contact me. (REMIND APP is the quickest way to contact me)  

IMPORTANT:  if your child goes to Ms. Watkins or Ms. Welborn they may not use ALEKS. They use Exact Path.

This is for the majority of students that go to Ms. Watkins & Ms. Welborn.  

Also used weekly.  Students should have their login information memorized.  However, if they need it, please contact me.  (The quickest way is the REMIND APP).

KHAN ACADEMY

This is a FREE & AWESOME resource.

Students or parents may create a profile and access endless tools and examples, including videos.  You may search by grade level or math skill.  If a student is struggling to master a skill, this is a great website.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this resource. (I use it in class from time to time, and my students should recognize the instructor). 

I recommend clicking on “Courses” then the appropriate “Grade” at the top left.  Students may work through the videos and quizzes.  If they understand a skill, they may skip the videos and take the quiz.  This will let them know if they are ready to move on to the next skill.
